Terms of the house
You were not invited. That has never once stopped anyone worth having.
Everything you want is aboard this ship. All of it is available. None of it is free. You will be looked after beautifully, you will be billed for it in the morning, and you will pay, and you will be back on Thursday.
Leave your name at the gangway. We will decide what it is worth.
What you agreed to at the gangway
- The tab is real. It has always been real. It compounds while you sleep, and you will sleep beautifully.
- What happens on B deck is written down, notarised, and never spoken of again. The writing down is not the negotiable part.
- You are paid what you brought. Damage, gold, and the favours that do not fit in a spreadsheet. Especially those.
- Every contract aboard is transferable, including the one with your name at the bottom. Read it before you sign it. Nobody ever does.
- You will not be asked your business. You will not be believed about it either. Both are courtesies.
- Tuesday and Thursday, nine sharp, harbour time. Arrive late and you can swim the difference. Some do. We watch.

You were not invited. Come anyway. Bring a class, a schedule, and something worth bargaining with. We will decide what your name is worth and tell you on Thursday.
